INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Client’s can access my psychotherapy services the following ways:
Privately, meaning that clients are welcome to call or email me for an appointment without the need for a referral.
Following a referral from your Doctor, such as your GP or Psychiatrist.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During the first and second session, I will conduct a clinical assessment, which serves to understand the client’s unique and individual circumstance, before recommending an appropriate treatment plan to suit. During this process I emphasize a collaborative approach, recognising that the client is the expert of their own life and experience.
I offer in person and Telehealth (video) appointments.
APPOINTMENT FEE
As of 1st August 2024 my fee is $250 per session.
If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist you can obtain up to 10 Medicare rebated sessions per calendar year.
