Gratitude

Before we can experience things to be grateful for, we need to start feeling gratitude for what we already are, have and what we are becoming. Realising that the universe provides us with the amazing gift of breathing each day, is evidence enough for us to realise the abundance and blessings that are given to us each day. Spend five minutes every morning and every evening and focus on three things you are grateful for. I am grateful for my loving partner and best friend, my family, my friends, my workplace, my clients and my darling Shih Tzu, Charlie.
